Separate, Wilkerson had 7 sacks according to that site and 6 TFL.

hopefully seeing them together and up close has shaved a few million a year from Mo's contract demands? :) hey, I can dream

I hope they get Wilk sorted soon - we aren't going to be spending that money on the offense so it might as well do some good somewhere

One of Watt's sacks I'd swear he had Fitzpatrick and D'Brick both wrapped up in his arms.

This game went the way it did because Mangold got hurt again. The OL was always going to be make or break for the Jets this year and with Mangold and Colon hurting it has been break.

Watt tears every o line a new asshole. He is most certainly on a different planet than Wilkerson. I hate that guy and think he's probably on every performance enhancing substance known to man but fuck is he good. I'm just glad Pryor knocked down that pass to him to save us further embarrassment

this team is what most jet fans who did not buy into the hype thought it was 7-9 to a 9-7 win team. We need offensive lineman and lbrs. Mac got the skill positions up to par now he needs to address the trenches. I would call about Kapernick and move Sheldon for him. While Colin may not be the answer at qb he is a young winner in this league and will get another chance somewhere in the league.

Good post; you're right and anyone that watches football should know this.
JJ Watt is the best player in the NFL and has been for a while. I love Mo , great attitude, plays on fire but couldn't hold Watt's jockstrap. He shouldn't feel bad though, he has A LOT of company.

Bingo. 4-1 had us hyped and then reality came running in for the past month already.

Between our slow ILB unit, trotting a worthless Cro out there (who I think gets cut), T-rex handed Devin Smith.. I can keep going. We are definitely mediocre and need to give more attention to our offense this coming offseason.

He does that to everyone, double team or not. There's no way to stop him. He might be the best defensive player in history.

    So what's your point?

Now he doesn't. Wk 5 and 6 he had 4 tackles combined, no sacks. He's awesome, but not best in history get real. We always do a shit job at containing him and he always destroys us.

Yes He was drooling over playing the Jets from the minute the Bengal game ended on Monday. It was practically the first thing he said post game.

Sheldon for Kaepernick would be a bad trade. He is basically a backup now. Then u add that contract on top of it. No thank you

There are people who think Mo is on the same planet as Watt?

    Hahahahahahahahha.

    That is hilarious.

Watt is far more than his sack total. He is disruptive in every aspect of the defense, every freaking play.

I noticed that too. I was no sure if Fitz was not deep enough or Brick set up too deep. He just bearhugged both of them. Laughable.

I think the difference is Mo is a very good player but Watt is a game changer.

its well known that breno is not a great pass blocker. yet we put him out there on an island with a very good, possibly the best pass rusher in the league for most of the day. its idiotic. there are so many ways to make sure that one guy doesnt fuckign kill you and we managed to not do any of them.

bottom line is that the houston dbs were injured and the jets continued to not give the qb time to get balls down the field to them. its completely insane to let either tackle take him one on one more than a few times a game.
