I don't think there is a chance in hell that Sanchez isn't the QB of the NY Jets for the next 5 years minimum, barring injury.
He's ripping him terribly...much more than he did Eli with the Giants....Francesca's bias is clearly showing. Look, I expect a Giants fan to be a bit harder on the Jets when they're struggling...but he's been EASIER on the Giants secondary (which is basically 4 Kerry Rhodes') than he has on Sanchez. Bottom Line: Sanchez blew 2 games (NO, Bills) and gave the Jets a chance to win every other game. He's where I thought he would be and nicely, he's BETTER in the 2nd half of games and the 4th Quarter. But folks want to rip him because he had some pre-written thoughts and ate a hot dog on the sidelines. Sure glad he didn't tell the press to go "FO" or get a DWI.
I agree...Sanchez is a rook but is handling himself quite well. Issue is that if we had NOT started off 3-0 but 1-2 and got to 4-5, everything would not be so micromanaged. He is surpassing expectations as is...GIVE HIM TIME
