Kyle Wilson had himself quite a solid game, especially compared to the opener last year to this year's opener.

Offense: LDT. Tomlinson was huge tonight, he even blocked well which is an added bonus. Sanchez played a great game but he can't be turning the ball over like that, either his INT or his fumble could've killed us.

Defense: Revis. The defensive game ball pretty much always goes to Revis. Honorable mention to Scott and to Devito, who quietly made a few very nice plays.

Special Teams: Folk. McKnight blocking the punt was a huge play, but I've gotta give it up for the guy who drilled a 50 yard game winner. Plus, he looked like he had a little extra adrenaline going on the kickoffs.

Yeah that missed tackle was bad. But he got one sack and forced another, had a massive TFL and was one of the reasons that they couldn't run the ball successfully. The whole defence minus the safeties were great.

all i have to say that if anyone thinks Sanchez deserves a ball your out of your minds.

He couldn't even watch the game at the end.

No receiver had more than 73 yards. He had zero running game to rely on, and we won the game. Did he have a great game? Absolutely not, but he was great on a few key drives, and that was a big reason why we won.

Sanchez made some amazing throws but he made some shit throws too. I don't know if he'll ever get over that hump but when the game is on the line he shines like a top tier QB. Give the fucker a ball and hope he continues to mature.

yes. Wilson had a great game. No drop off at all with him at corner, and that's saying something. Take a bow, kid.

Some of you are real harsh on Sanchez. Aside from the INT he did as good as you could do with a shitty o-line and lack of experience working with new receivers. Plus the dude is clutch as hell when you need him the most.

    Offense: Mark Sanchez
    Defense: Revis/LB core

And Joe McKnight deserves some mention, of course.

I give LT, McNight and Revis the MVP awards. Sanchez and Scott honorable mention.
Disappointing awards to...OL, Mason. Offensive play calling.

He wins games. He doesn't have to be great as long as he's a winner.

    Offense: LT
    Defense: Revis
    S/T: Folk

Trufant/McKnight made great plays but that was Westhoff's genius at work there. So I am giving the nod to Folk. His kick would have been good from 55...........

Offense was mostly meh tonight. The Oline was double meh, Sanchez did not have a lot of time tonight. What saved them was Jenkins going down. They exploited the shit out of Dallas when Jenkins was out, when he was in not so much.

Defense was good, except the LB's can't cover shit. Dallas exploited the shit out of the middle of the field. However, they made the big plays when they needed it and there is something to be said for that.

Good lord that was a nailbiter. Rex has a lot to fix for next game.

Jet fans like this make zero sense. Ware alone had 2 sacks, 4 hits, and 8 pressures.

Mark got his ass kicked but still made clutch throws when needed. I had no doubt that if that punt block didn't happen Sanchez would drive us down the field. Any fan who doesn't see that in Sanchez is blind. (or just wants to hate because you don't know what wise to do)

Aaron Rodgers didn't start till his 4th year, look at what our QB is doing with his first 3 years. Plus he's had a different set of receivers every year. Plax and Mark will be nasty this year: fact!

You mean his first game as a pro where they threw the book at him in TC and he was in over his head with learning two positions?

    Who would have thunk it?
