Its going to be a rough one for police. There was obviously brusing on her arms, but he claimed to be tryign to stop her from driving while drunk. She claimed he choked her, but I didn't notice any brusing on her throat. I think there would be quite a bit if he did. Still, they are both fucking idiots in my book.

Dumanis announced Friday afternoon there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Merriman committed a crime. Tequila had signed a citizen's arrest warrant charging Merriman with battery and false imprisonment, both felonies. "This case is now closed," Dumanis said in a statement.
Well, thats good for Merriman and the Chargers. Hopefully she slips in to obscurity where she belongs.
The best part about this post is that the judge threw out the charges quickly and Seymour still hasn't shown up in Oakland. Al Davis is awesome.
