The way the forth quarter played out it seems almost beleivable. Like when New England was down by over 2 scores in the 3rd and they kicked a field goal to bring it to 12. I thought they would have went for it on 4th down or when they took over 6 minutes to get the first TD also in the 3rd. Again another hint of them almost feeling good about their situation albeit they were still way in the hole....Makes ya think and go hmmm.

To go a step further had it been flipped and New England got called for the interference in OT putting Atlanta on the 1 and first down...Oh my god could u imagine the uproar. There would have been hell to pay and it would be remembered as the worst blown call in NFL history....An atrocity.

the first 2 pt conversion, the whole world knew it was a run up the middle and they left the middle soft, Quinn you idiot, that would have won the game too

They definitely looked tired to me. The defence had nothing left to give. They couldn't fly to the ball like they were doing and the pass rush wasn't generating anything like the same penetration.

The more I read about this game, the happier I am that I didn't watch it.

I would have had a stroke.

Sounds worse than the end of the Seahawks SB.

Exactly... they lost because of stupidity not execution.

There's no way in hell the NFL would have fixed this game in the Pats' favor.

Other than the Atlanta coaching staff outJetting the Jets in lack of halftime adjustments and clock management why is this thread on the Jets page instead of the NFL page?

Not sarcasm, Goodell surely didn't want the Pats to win. It makes him look like even more of a fool.

If you watched the sideline coverage of Bellichuk you would have seen him making notes in the first quarter. And it kept up in the second quarter. After making the notes he went to defensive players and talked to them. No waiting for halftime to make changes. That's why he is such a successful coach. Attention to the whole game.

Goodell looks like a fool every time he leaves the house each morning.

The Patriots losing ain't gonna fix that.

I don't think the NFL would do that, Goodell would have had his Nazis on the field tripping NE players if he could. If
any fixing was done, it was Kraft. You don't even have to set much up beforehand. With devices and online banking apps
you can communicate and bribe in real time if you need to.
