I've been to M&T Stadium and it is nothing great. The concourses are horribly planned and you have to walk up and down multiple staircases to get around the stadiuim. The upper deck is very high and far from the field. As for the neighborhood and tailgating, this is a mixed bag. It is downtown stadium, which means parking in the stadium is limited and traffic is bad if you have to leave from the stadium parking lots. If you can't park in the stadium, you have to park in one of downtown garages, which means you can't tailgate and you have to walk about 3/4 mile or more just to get to the stadium. I didn't find it to be anything great.

As for neighborhoods and accessibility, there is nothing worse than Foxboro. There is one road in and out, traffic backs up for hours and there is no there there, but it gets a 3 and Giants Stadium a 2???? The Meadowlands is far easier to get to and from if you just know your way around a little (I'm out of the parking lot and on my way home in 5-10 minutes tops), but it doesn't matter in Foxboro - everybody gets stuck on the same one road.
