Don't think it will work out if he ends up here. He's not know for his D and shot blocking, I would expect Torts to have his ass riding the pine from time to time, not what we need.

Nash to NYR for AA, Erixon, Dubi and a 1st.

Pretty sweet deal for a legit scorer with the Gabby injury.

    Fuck Sather still though.

Not a fan (here is why) it's going to cause major problems when trying to work out contracts for guys like Stephan and Mcdonagh.

As it stands the Rangers still have something in the neighborhood of 14M cap room. But with the current negotiations, who knows if this year's very high cap (70M) sticks around.

great, great deal. I hadnt heard that AA was in there too. Thank God. I think everyone knows how useless AA and Dubi were, as I said about 1,546 times last year. No room for Erixon. No brainer deal

About time they loaded up for Hank. Go for it. They shut down Gabby and we could not score, now we have another option. They gave away chips, but you have a closing window for an elite goalie to get a cup. Right move at this time.

Sad to lose Erixon, but I knew Sather would wait for Howson to cave.

Rangers were a few goals away from the Cup last year. Nash can bring that. Rangers should be the EC favorites.

what a fucking day to be a NY sports fan. Rangers get Nash, the Jets get a new RT Otah who could be a great addition, and the Yanks get Ichiro.

Nash Potatoes, always liked them, now they are on the Ranger diet. Erixon is a tough give up but what the fuck right?

NJ loses Parise, PITT trades staal, Philly loses out on Weber...

this is turning out to be a very nice offseason for us.

none of that hurts, but the headache penguins always seem to find
a way to stay strong, last year James Neal was ridiculous for them,
hopefully they get much less back from losing Staal.
