I mean it seems academic at this point. This season is lost, and he is an all-pro quality player. There is no reason for him to play hurt. Shut him down!
It's not just pass rushing that he's failing at. He can't keep contain to save his own mother and frequently gets blown up at the point of attack. He's been very disappointing overall. Jets shouldn't give up on him yet, but they should bring in stronger competition for play time (aka not Catapano). Sent from my KIW-L24 using Tapatalk
I thought Fitz looked pretty decent. Then I watched the Bears/Titans game, and Matt Freaking Barkley looked better than Fitz. His stat line would have been pretty amazing if he had even one WR who could catch. I haven't seen that many good passes dropped by one team in a long time. All I want for Christmas is a QB who doesn't make me jealous of a turd like Matt Barkley.
I saw our team making a lot of business decisions out there yesterday. Always giving up that extra yard, and always just a yard short. Always jumping offside, always missing tackles, always just a little late to the ball or with the throw, not diving for that slightly overthrown ball, not securing the ball etc.. Our defense can be summed up watching Brady running downfield faux-blocking - He should have been blown the fuck up but nobody touched him. This team has no heart and is just collecting paychecks, and it starts with the HC, Mo$ and Mevi$.
