    :rofl2:

all we needed to do was read that quote to see how asinine that article is.

a coronation of what? maybe the 6th-7th best QB of all time?

We went through this in 2009 where everyone was getting ahead of themselves and pretending like all the playoff failures were forgotten- then he threw an INT for a TD to lose a SB. If they win he did his job, he has the best team in football around him and should win. If he plays like he is capable of Seattle has no chance and if he played like he was capable of in at least half his postseasons he'd have a couple more SBs by now at least.

all time great player w/o a doubt but not even the best QB of his generation let alone best ever.

junc, as a guy who has religiously defended the turnover machine that is Mark Sanchez, I'd say you probably shouldn't find that Kaepernick quote asinine...

Maybe they were just good punts? right? ya damn fool

How about you let us know when Sanchez has a meaningful job again.

Being a fanboy for such a crap Qb must be exhausting. I feel for ya, Junc.

See, as usual, this is where a lack of objectivity and discernment makes you look foolish.

I appreciate what Mark Sanchez did with the Jets several seasons ago. Whereas, you appreciate it but cannot let it go.

You used the same arguments with Chad and Herm. All we heard from you was how Herm was accomplishing things that hadn't been accomplished by the Jets before (or in a long time), and so, you incessantly used that as rationalization for Herm to stay - when it was clear to most of us - that it was time for him to go. And, as usual, we were proven correct over time, and you were wrong.

So, now, we have to go through the same song & dance with Sanchez, while we wait for you to be proven wrong, yet again.

I was proven right about Chad and Herm and I am 100% right about Mark. Just b/c I am in the minority doesn't make me wrong. You guys all live in the now w/ no appreciation for what happened in the past and no eye toward the future. You are a typical fan that boos every bad play, whines w/ every loss, wants to trade/release players off bad games, wants to fire coaches after bad games, etc... That's not how you build a winner and it is how we have operated forever which is why we haven't been to or won a SB in forever.

The only thing I got from this post was how you mis-characterized me with your lazy generalization. You're blathering again.

Every time I see Manning do well I think about a series of posts during the 2012 off-season. Posts that your "average fan" would never be dumb enough to make. Back in the 2012 off-season Junc claimed that Sanchez was a better QB than Manning. That Manning was only a product of what he called a great supporting cast in Indy and that when Manning got to Denver he would be exposed as Denver was a very bad team. He said Manning would be lucky to squeak into the playoffs as a wild card. So keep in mind when that when Junc calls people names, goes on his insult tirades and said that he is not the average fan is he is partially right in that he is not average. His prejudices, biases and pathological desire to prove he is right will never allow him to become average.

Recall his 4-5 year campaign that Herm was the greatest coach in the history of the NFL and we would all come to regret the day he left the Jets. He Never gave up. I forget what crusade he was on after that. But his Sanchez love Crusade and Manning hate campaign are just blips on the road of insanity. I am sure once Sanchez is out of the NFL he will be on some other equally ludicrous campaign to convince the world that only he knows the truth and the rest of the world is wrong. In the pre-internet days they locked people like Junc up in mental health facilities now they just call it trolling.

you may want to go back and have someone read those posts to you, someone that can actually read b/c you lack basic reading comprehension if you think that is what I said.

it is nice to have fans though, thank you.
