    that line cracks me up!

Delgado is absolutely clueless at the plate and will be the downfall of this team in the post season.....perhaps a paddle will help

Cohen was ripping on Willie a little last night too which I thought ws deserved (bullpen handling)

As ugly as that was, I'm plenty happy with a split of the Young-Peavy games.

    Let's get the rubber game.

Just a few thoughts from being there last night:

-Lawrence is pretty bad and Mota is trash. Huge boos for Mota when he finally came out.

-Good to see some fight left in the team again, although Peavy was wild enough that we should have been able to get some more off of him.

-Beltran's the man. Seriously, the guy gets such great jumps on the ball that sure-fire gappers turn into easy flyouts for him. It;s nice to see him hitting again as well.

Hopefully we can take the rubber game tonight and take it to Penny and the Dodgers over the weekend.

i had a dream that delgado got a hit with a guy on base once.

if beltran sees another pitch to hit from these clowns with this asshole backing him up they're truly stupid.

Will the Mets see David Wells this series?

By the way, in case you are confused, David Wells agrees with Dodgers (per ESPN News Bottom Line)

Delgado is useless, but Alou and Green finally come through.

What a surprise - Delgado makes the third out with a man on second base.

only the 3rd blown save and the 10th shitty appearance in a row for wagner. the mets pitching staff is a steaming pile of shit at the moment.
