You have to actually read what I write, I never said anything bad about his coaching, it was his job picking players and signing players that nearly ruined as as he left. His drafts were awful, he didn't have a backup QB in 1999, he gave out insane contracts to old players and 2 gift contracts out the door to Mo lewis and Bryan Cox and if not for the exapnsion draft of 2002 we'd have been in huge cap trouble that would have taken us years to fix instead of being able to make a few moves and win the div in 2002.
