Actually when I put I posted this thread I was thinking more along the lines of ... Do the Pats see Law as a hold-the-fort player at CB for 2008? If they do, then are they considering another plan of action for the Draft (as everyone has taking a CB at #7) Just a gut feeling, but just thinking Belly could be setting up to pull the rug out from under us and jump over us and take someone in the Top 5. Yeah, yeah I know ... i'm overthinking the Jets vs. Pats angle, but our defense is nearly identical to the Pats and has similiar personnel needs. Do not put to little stock in the fact that Billy B. would love any opportunity to improve his team and at the same time stick it right up Mangini's Ass.
