    you can put a grade in terms of whether it seems like the team got value - what if they had traded away Q for a 6th rounder and that 6th rounder turned out by total fluke to be the next Tom Brady - you wouldn't say "well with the benefit of hindsight this was actually a genius trade as we swapped him for a franchise QB"

    I think they got good value for both players when you take into account how high their salaries are. the trade for Sauce was the better of the two - with Q as the first rounder is 2027 in draft point terms you normally downgrade the value by a round so effectively he went for 2 second rounders.

    Ill be optimistic and hopeful but I cant grade these yet.

    All i can say was when I saw the return, I was not upset

    They probably could have traded Parsons to the Jets for Quinnen and a second round pick and they would have made out better.

    I don't think the Jets wanted to pay Parsons as much as he got paid. I didn't look at the details, but 47 mil a year aav? A team that is not a well established high performing team with a FQB cannot afford to pay anyone that much. We got a much better deal.
