Sure. It's all fine, but I'd like a decent reason other than b/c I say so. If a new player came in and wanted to be the Cards no one would complain. But because I'm already in the league I cant switch teams b/c I play the computer every single week? That's just B.S.
If it's fine, then you'd just accept it as it is. U wouldn't need any other reason. U knew the rules when u signed up. I'm really not trying to turn u away, but I honestly don't know what else to tell u. Take it or leave it (but don't really leave). Just stick it out man. We're just one game from all the other games I'm sure u already play online and in Franchise mode. Don't try to complicate things.
All I need is type of reason. I'm going to change back anyway...but I'd like some type of reason. I have all the valid points meanwhile you guys are just like cuz I say. That's all fine and well, but I didnt join this league to play the computer every week. There are three of us in the AFC...just let us switch teams if we want to...hopefully we play 5 plus yrs of this thing and I dont wanna have to play the computer every single team, it's just dumb. I signed up assuming I'd play a real person a majority of the weeks, I've played 6 games and 5 have been against the computer. That's not my fault.
Maybe i should do Scik a favor and reclaim the Cards.....that should stomp out this argument mighty quick.
U want a reason? Fine. Here's a reason. We're trying to keep this league as close to being realistic as possible. U don't often see GM's changing teams in the middle of the season. So either wait to take a better offer during the off-season, or resign. I really don't wanna see ya go dude cause I have no beefs with u, but this is getting tiresome.
I moved back to the Jills again. Scik, one word of advice if you like. "Don't be a dick about this". Everyone who signed up wanted to play against another human. I have to play the cpu 7 mores times this season. That blows donkey dick when last week I had 3 in my division and 3/4 full AFC. 4 teams doesn't cut it at all. I'm willing to take an 0-5 team no one has used...TB, Lions, and I don't think the Skins had a user. I rather piss away this season by switching to a shit team than play the cpu the rest of the season. Next season will be a fresh start. There has to be a diplomatic way we can resolve this situation. I'm sure you wanna keep the guys you have. If you lose anymore you'll have a shit league that no one will sign up for the 2nd season. It's your league, do what you want just don't ride the fact that your the commish and you rule this league. That takes the fun out of playing in it... it's supposed to be a fun league...correct??? People wanna play people. Doesn't sound like to much to ask for. If I crossed the line boot me...before I get booted I like to thank the one guy I played(mimzr) and especially thank the cpu for being there every week on time.
How does...? Okay, we're welcome to new players whenever we can get them. Once a NEW player selects their team, they have to stick with it. The new player should notice that there are a lot of ppl in the NFC than the AFC. However, if the new person wants to play with...say, the Jets, then he should be well aware that there will be a lot less ppl to play with than the CPU. I know this wasn't the case with u, but what can u do. Scik is trying to run a smooth league where the games (which are most important) get played in a specific amount of time. That's why ppl have dropped out/gotten booted out. Ur predicament sucks, but like I said before. It is what it is. Take it or leave it.
So let me move to a team that no one has ever used. This league will be smoother and more fun if we all were in one conference playing each other every week.
this is supposed to be a realistic league (as rmags has pointed out).......what you're suggesting isn't realistic. Does this need any further explanation?
Look man, it's Scik's league. I've already said I don't want anymore ppl getting kicked out especially since we've weeded out a good group that gets their games done on time. This stuff is getting tiresome. There are other random leagues u can join on top of this one as well as online games. If u honestly can't wait it out for 1 whole season and want to change teams or jump ship, then maybe this isn't for u. I don't know. Unless Scik changes things. But I fear if u guys start changing teams, others might want to change too. I never wanted to pick the Cowboys. I wanted to run with the Jets or the Steelers. I think the Jets are available now, but fuck it. To be honest, I'm not thrilled to play humans cause they're waaay better than I am, and right now, I'd rather face off against the CPU. But I'm not gonna change teams because I already made roster changes and trades. If in the off-season the Jets or Steelers are available, I'll take them. But for right now, I'll take my losses and wins however they come. It's really not that big a deal.
