The Jets moves this offseason have been nothing short of genious and you're going to stop rooting for them because of one trade?
It's official. Erik Boland is Raiderjoe. I wouldn't call the moves "genious". Excellent, yes, but let's let everything fall in before calling it genius.
I'm hoping that the rumor is wrong, and it's rather that if we sign Lewis, we offer Bryan Thomas to the Browns for someone (Thomas + 2nd or 3rd for Edwards?) and kick Scott outside. Mangini might still have some man-love for Thomas and Scott played OLB for Baltimore a few years back. Scott-Harris-Lewis-Pace
This appears to have been an imposter posting as Ebola in his comments section. I'll bump this thread if there is any more updates. No need to keep replying to this and keep this thread on the front page
Yah, one that dances after he stops someone on first down for a five yard gain, no less (what a fun sentence). I do NOT want to see Harris sacrificed. Period. Haha, what a bad ass. That picture kills me. Hopefully he stays healthy. I was all whooped up about the possibilities of him being freed up by Pace last year, and then well, er, pffft.
No way should we give up Harris for Ray. Harris to me is better than Ray, not as many sacks but Harris has a whole lot of tackles.
haha - that picture is awesome. A healthy Harris with Scott next to him and Pace on the outside sounds bad ass. If only Ryan could get something out of Gladys.
They have not made a single mistake. Every move they've made has been dead on. It's clear this is Rex' doing as he's dumping guys Tannenbaum signed. He's seems to know what he wants and he's getting it. If I recall you didn't like the Moore move, but it was definitely the right thing to do. Put your money in impact players you know are going to help the team.
David harris is a young up and coming great player, that makes no snese to sign an old LB(who probably has 2 good years left) and trade a potentially great young LB. I hope this is false.
This report has been proven to be a HOAX. Please stop responding to this thread. I feel bad that I got everybody worked up by posting this in the first place :beer:;
I didn't like the Moore move but don't think it was disastrous or anything. I just don't like it, but we should be fine so long as they get an adequate replacement. The moves look smart, but there is nothing genius about them. The way you call it genius you make it seem like only Tanenbaum and yourself could have figured out the moves they made.
il take ray ray in second...no matter how long we sign him wel obvioulsy just jeep him for this year and year after than cut him or hel retire
Okay, maybe genious wasn't the best word, but after Edwards and Mangini, Ryan seems like a breath of fresh air. He really seems to know what he's doing, unlike his predecessors.
