I honestly think next year we go OL heavy in the draft as well as WR with CB being the only targeted position on D

He makes $17M this year after that it goes down to $15m and then $10M the next 2 years. That being said I am sure he is not looking to make the move to safety any time soon.

Ronnie Lot hacksawed the end of his finger off rather than miss a game. I'm sure his notions of what is considered "tough" are different from the Average Joe.

But Im sure those guys played at the highest level even while they hurt. Everybody plays hurt to various degrees in this game. That should be good enough for anybody.

Rod Woodson was one of the best players I ever saw. There was nothing about him that suggested anybody was 'tougher' either.

Sure he lost a step from years ago but revis was never a burner and he is still a top 3 CB in the NFL. He just isn't number 1 by a mile like he used to be. He still is one of the smartest, toughest, and technically sound CBs in the NFL. and he has amazing ball skills. Those things won't decline.

Levis is one of the GOAT. I'm sure he was embarrassed by last year and I hope it was do to injury. Him mixing it up with Marshall and following him all over the field makes me think he will be better this year than last. If so, we will again have the or one of the best corners in the league. A slight decline or not in 2017 and a move to FS in 18 or 19. After his first good year at safety, expect him to want an extension making him among the top paid safeties.

More worried about him playing corner at a level that matches what we are paying him....

He never will. We're paying him at the level that he was playing at in 2009.
