You're right, but elite wideouts have been getting away with blatant push-offs ever since the Cowboys dynasty and I don't see that trend changing anytime soon... because the NFL knows it's bread is buttered with high-scoring affairs. Anyway, I think this thread is correct about Revis... and I doubt anybody who wasn't totally in love with a different 1st round player enough to hope that Revis fails out of spite (JI04, tbruner) would disagree.
That was a terrible, terrible pass, but it was very impressive that he was able to hold onto the ball while being thrown down by his helmet....
