If Revis doesn't play, he's going to come out of this looking real bad.. and like he's scared to face Moss. I don't believe that to be true, but I can see how people will jump on that.. Rex probably shouldn't have been so forward about his belief Revis is 100% ready to go.
not to mention he pulled off at the end because he got injured. Theres a difference between getting beat and being hurt
Who is he going to come out of it looking like that to? Rival fans and ignorant schmucks, who are mainly the same person on Sundays. Anybody who knows how Revis plays (or even knows how elite corners respond to challenges like that) knows he doesn't get scared for shit like that. You don't do what he did in 2009 and then come out playing scared against a guy who you have embarrassed more than once in coverage.
He said if the game was today he'd play. So as long as he doesn't tighten up over the weekend he'll play. It's still going to be a different Revis though. I still think even if he does play he won't be locked on Randy, maybe he'll be locked to one side of the field though. Either way I don't care, we don't need him on Monday. Vikings already shitty secondary lost Cook today so this is going to be a long night for Viking fans.
