Rolando McClain to replace Bart Scott?

    I hear that and agree his potential is high. But this isn't Seattle, it's an entirely different animal and set of circumstances. Idzik would be wise not to bring in guys like McClain or else he'll be lumped in the the circus shit and they'll try to ride him out of town before he gets anything done. JMO.

    Yes I would take a shot on Rolando McClain. The guy is crazy and plays angry with reckless abandon. He plays with a similar style that Bernard Pollard does. Yeah, Pollard and McClain aren't the greatest all around players and lack coverage skills, but the intensity/physicality and ability to absolutely lay the wood and inflict pain on opponents is something that you absolutely need on defense, and the Jets lack that at the LB position with Bart Scott over the hill.

    Wish we had the money for him ... maybe for cheap? I STILL HAVE HOPE. Oakland do the right thing.
