My thoughts exactly...pussycat reps go down and so does the number of expected Miami wins this season. I actually like Ronnie as a player, but he's a phin, so I don't root for him (except fantasy football-(he's been beast for me this year, and since I have ricky, this actually helps). Between ronnie's running and bal skills, I see a huge dropoff in the pussycat leading to more reps for Henne.
Reports are now saying it is a Lisfranc fracture in his right foot. This is the injury that destroyed Kevin Jones's career. Very sad to see such a good player go down like that. Happy the phins backfield is now in shambles for the foreseeable future, I mean, how many years does Ricky have left? 1 or 2 tops.
I hate to see anyone get hurt. If Miami can still make a run now without Brown keying the Wildcat and without Chad Pennington to fall back on, we'll know Sporano is a superior coach. Even if they don't I'd have to think he gets a pass for this season.
