how many td passes has he thrown the past couple of months? seems to have an awful lot of bad days.

have seen better play by quite a few first and second year qbs. ryan, rapelisberger, the buc's qb, the rams qb. hell even the rookie for the browns has shown more promise.

I'd agree that he has been quite underwhelming for the last few months, but Colt McCoy?

    Really?

All of those easy teams we beat in the last seconds of games during the season paid off again tonite.

The kid sucked...sucked tonite. Then he throws a bullet out to Holmes and a great pass to Edwards that was on purpose, thrown short for Edwards to bring in.

Cant believe that play wasnt reviewed though. He got out of bounds without being touched and the clock stops. Who gives a crap now.

The kid has balls. Its his second year. This early development in crucial times is such a bonus for his career. Did anyone really doubt if he had the time he would put on in this position? Only thing I had on my mind is if Folk would make the kick.

The kid is the real deal down the stretch...lets see if can put 4 quarters together next week!

Funny but he just beat the defending AFC Champs and the Steelers both on the road. Stats mean nothing. The only one that matters are W's and Sanchez certainly has plenty of them. I believe 22 in his 1st 2 years in the league.

The team played great, you should have been way ahead for the play calling and receivers did their part but Mark missed so many gimmies, at least three. Had Mark been hitting his targets that play call would have been huge on 3rd and 5. Mark was was off and he should not have been off the mark so much. Even if it was an interception it would be like a kick off so not sure why the pass was off so much. But not turning the ball over was huge in an important game and I just think Jets play calls were good including the pitch.

The important thing is at least for the QB not losing the game. Seen enough of that with Drew Bledsoe lol. I think Antonio is the hero on the last drive along with your kicker everyone wanted axed a day ago, not Mark.

Jets wanted it more than Indy, plain and simple and the extra effort was obvious.

The playing calling was good, Sanchez didnt play that good, over threw many passes. You gotta make that pass to Keller for the TD (the play before the pick), just have to. No excuses for that one. But that pass to Edwards was perfect. # 27 knew they were gonna try him deep so he played off of Edwards expecting Sanchez to throw it in the endzone but instead he threw the ball short to where only Edwards could get it. That throw was one of Sanchez' best throws. I seriously came when he made that throw.

Why are you analyzing a play in the 1st half in a thread about 4th quarter comebacks?

dirty sanchez + awsome defense + clutch sanchez + chip shot = FUCKING PLAY OFF WIN AGAINST PEYTON MANNING.

one silver lining is this: sanchez was gripping most of the game, putting too much on his shoulders. too many overthrows. too many bad throws.

but now, moving forward, sanchez HAS to see that the game is NOT on is shoulder. the jets can win even with him throwing a poor game. sooooo, manage the game. just manage the fucking game from the get go.

How many of those guys have lead their team to one of the best regular seasons in its franchises history ?

How many playoff wins do Freeman/Bradford/Ryan/Flacco have combined ?

Just as many as Sanchez does.

    Now shush

Sanchez is CLUTCH! How many times did we see that this season? So maybe he is a bit lucky. I will take being lucky and clutch any day over just being good/great if it results in WINS.

Because, in all reality you are measured in terms of championships.

Sanchez played a pretty damn good 2nd half. Not sure what was going on in the first half. For the record Rex and Sanchez are now 23-13 together. Sanchez missed one game last year. They've beaten Brady twice, Manning once and big ben once.

It may not be pretty with Sanchez all the time but he finds ways to win.

You're an idiot, you are a Jets fan my friend. We Jet fans have not exactly lit up the NFL in about 40 or so years. We finally are kicking ass and some slapdick comes on here like spoiled fuckin brat. I bet if you were to run into the Sanchize you'd be slobering all over his balls. I'd rather have a guy that has proven he is clutch than a fuckin stat happy selfish bastard that can't win the big games. You Moron
