    Culture change complete. Not so long ago it seemed Free Agents would not even be interested in coming here. Now they are hoping the Jets want them. Big change.

    Now we need to win the big game! Get that done and Rex will be imortal in Jets lore!

    Did Sports Illustrated really ask "For which other coach would you like to play for?" or did ESPN's brilliant journalists just mistype it as that?

    I think this matters more when it comes to re-signing our own players, but if Rex could lure an elite pass rusher that would be awesome.

    Rob Ryan is has beloved by his players though. He's got a great personality but not like Rex.

    Rex has also beat him every time they've faced each other, whether as DC's or a HC.

    On a related note, when asked, NE Patriots QB Tom Brady replied..."Coach?!?!? I don't know, but I do enjoy playing for the 'other' team..."

    i think he's loved by his defense but like his father doesn't get along with offense. At least from what i have read.

    "doesn't get along with offense"? I never read that. For a guy who talks up every member of the team like they are the second coming, I find that very hard to believe..
