He is on his 3rd team in 3 years. The Jets only signed him to a 2-year deal, so he isn't viewed as the long-term answer. The Jets are probably a lock to select a QB in the first round of next year's draft.
I'm gun shy of the now "dreaded first round QB pick". The last two cost us ten years. There. I admit it. I know we have a new GM but I still hate the fate of the franchise resting upon what I consider to be a lottery ticket.

Fields has been fine so far, had some up and down practices along with good ones, and really one bad one on Tuesday when we lost Mason Taylor, and just rebounded big today. He is fine. But we do need more weapons. Ruckert again with a massive drop. Even when we are missing someone like Mason Taylor, who is a 20 year old second round rookie, we are severely lacking weapons.
