Every announcer in the NFL sadly scraps plans for the rainy day game when he planned to use the "Muddy Fugger" comment.

A year on IR and start fresh next year since it wasn't looking too good for him to make the final roster. Since according to the article they have to wait until after final cuts to put him on IR, who do they cut and then bring right back after they put him on IR? Could they cut someone 30 seconds before final cuts are due and then put Evans on IR 10 seconds after all final cuts and then turn around and put that last cut back on the roster. Just seems like a lot of moves to accomplish a simple task, I understand this is in place to make sure teams don't pull something to shelve someone for a year but if it is obvious an injury is keeping him out then they shouldn't have to go through this.
