Your right, Tannenbuam is an idiot and Woody is an okay guy who just doesn't know football. Jet fans think Tanny is smart cuz of the drafting, but that's due to Director of College Scouting Joey Clinkscales, who got that job the same year Tannenbumb became GM.

1000% agreed... except for the fact that a DECENT coach would have noticed these things... part of this is again, as I have said many times - Mangini thinks he knows it all and refused to hire coordinators with REAL NFL experience...

I disagree with what you are saying. It does take time to learn, but to learn you must admit the need for change. Mangini wouldn't do that, he would never admit that simply copying what he did at NE would be enough. Improvement means change, so you must admit to the need for change. Mangini won't do this, he's too simple minded.

If this is the truth, then maybe, just maybe, they should invest in someone who actually has the experience to begin with and doesn't need that learning curve to produce a successful team. This organization needs to stop setting themselves up for failure if they don't want to go through those growing pains to get to where they want to be.

Truth be told. We still feel every bit of those growing pains anyway and dump off those that have potential right before that can shine through. Highly retarded. That goes for players and now coaches.
