Can someone show me the stats that pepper put up while R.Moss was playing and not playing... i bet there is a huge difference in td passes and picks... if someone has those stats post them.
So where do you get your "information" from. Everything that I have read or seen has said that he refused to rehab in Minny at the teams HQ so that means that he has done everything on his own. Provide a link of a trustworthy source that says that he is running sprints and on target to play in the preseason. If you cant then you are an IRA as well.
yeah we have alot of catch up to do.........i dont like the idea of having Brady and Culpepper to deal with twice a yr.
Here is a blurb from the Miami Herald about Culpeppers status. In that same interview, Culpepper promised his Dolphins career would kick off in the regular-season opener despite his ongoing and incomplete rehabilitation from surgery for three torn knee ligaments. Saban was more cautious but repeated several times Wednesday the goal is to have Culpepper ready for the opener. Once again, where are you getting your information from?
They have a Moss Type reciever who isn't a head case in Chambers, a good recieving TE in McMichael, a reciever who was very good in Chicago in Marty Booker, and a running game that will improve ... spin it any way you want... Culpepper to the Phins is Bad for the Jets... Ellis
You do realize he tore 3 major ligaments in his knee and probably won't start the season playing right?
In 04 when Moss was hampered with injuries he only had 49 catches for 767 yards, he also had 13 TD. Culpepper threw for 4,717 yard, completed 379 passes and threw for 39 TD's. That translates to 26 TD, over 3,900 yards and 330 completions to recievers not named Randi Moss. Culpepper is younger than Pennington. If you look at Culpepper's two best years and look at Pennington's two best, 02 and 04, Moss's TD to Interception ratio is better than Pennington?s. As far as Brees, Moss has a better career TD to INT ratio than Brees does. Brees's best two years aren't even comparable to Culpepper's two best years. Brees has 1 playoff appearance and has never won a playoff game. Culpepper has won 2 playoff games. Brees had as much or more overall offensive talent around him as Culpepper does along with a far superior defensive team and has accomplished far less. All that said its clear Saban preferred Brees but at the end of the day was very happy to get Culpepper. He is the second best QB in the division and one of the top 5 QB?s in the conference if he is healthy. Culpepper is also going to finally have a great coaching staff around him. If you think that doesn't matter see Vinny T in 98 and Doug Williams under Gibbs.
If he becomes a problem, we can always unleash Kimo. Put a picture of Culpeppers knee x-ray in Kimos locker during Miami week.......j/k
Possibly. Your team rose last year and looks like it COULD rise further this year.......or they could suck with a bad break here or there. That's the NFL.
