and that does not even mention that barkley and obj did not even play. the buffet looks a lot fuller that normal when the biggest eaters have not shown up....
The O-line wasn't great, but after looking the game over again, Brandon Shell had a really good individual game. Pretty much shut down Vernon whenever they matched up. Still not expecting a whole lot from this unit overall but Shell appears to be developing nicely.
Mac deserved a lot of credi for moving up to get him. Criticize Mac all you want but a move like that or grabbing an unknown in Shepard in the third shows to me he knows talent and will make unconventional moves to get it. He’s fucked up few but he’s building a nice roster. OLine and pass rush next. Having said that, moving up to 3 and somehow getting Sam is why he’ll win GM of the Year again.
