That's the problem, we never go full terrible. 9-7, 11-5, 8-8, 6-10, 8-8. That doesn't get you a top pick in the NFL draft.

It's time to blow it up. Hopefully this is what Idzik wanted to do all along.

    We need to fire Rex

Hire an offensive minded HC for the first time in I don't know how many years.

    Draft a QB

and then use our abundance of cap space to add to our defense and add some more weapons on offense

I like Rex. But his inability to manage the QB position has killed this team at times. It's time to move on and go in an offensive minded direction.

There are a bunch of problems but Geno sucks too. Just accept it. Geno is not the answer for the Jets at QB. Idzik probably knows that and he is just playing Geno to lose so he can draft a top QB and he is just bullshitting the fans so they continute to buy tickets and merchandise. Coaching staff needs some change too, Rex is done

If that true about Idzik that even more reason to fire him. Idzik is the problem not Rex not Geno. How would he even know that if he has no talent around him. Just another dumb ass statement by you.

Geno should be given a chance behind a real O line before people throw him in the garbage. Ever think you need to protect the QB before he can make a throw? Maybe you're not smart enough

Now your saying Geno should be given a chance behind a real O line? Thought he wasn't the answer?

If the jets end up with a top ten pick next year(which looks like a given) they should use it on an elite o-lineman. Bring in a veteran free agent QB who gives us a chance to compete while we rebuild the core of this team. Right now we pretty much have no core.

YES! Just like drafting a QB every year until you get the right one! the Packers drafted a ton of QBs until they got it right. The Redskins drafted Cousins even after they had RGIII. The Pats have used lots of picks on QBs over the last ten years and they had a franchise guy.

He isn't because even with time he sucks but how can ANY QB come to the Jets and be successful with no O line? In the 2 title games, who did Sanchez have on his O line? You draft a new QB and then what happens when you have the same problem because the front office is too busy selling their fans bullshit then building an actual football team the right way. You want all WRs but you can't even keep Geno upright to throw to them and when the kid does get blocks, he makes completions, funny.

Where would Luck be without their correct evaluation of Ty Hilton? Or Fleener and Allen? We can't draft offensive weapons for anything. Deep WR class and our first WR chosen in the 4th round is the first one we cut
