So much will probably never be revealed in this case. For one, I will never understand the 8 hours those 2 girls spent in that house. When one of my friends was drunk at 19, I went in and shook them. They were too scared to go in those rooms , which only says that they knew it was worse than “passed out”. Nothing else makes sense. Not saying I think they are guilty of anything, but jeez that’s weird
Kohberger initiated the deal. So why not make him disclose the location of the knife? It’s all done though, he has confessed. Sentencing on 7/23.. gag order lifted after that
Diddy got off kinda easy. I didn’t follow the trial that closely but, while the guy is a total weirdo it does seem like an appropriate verdict. sex trafficking was a stretch considering they literally had messages from the girls showing their enthusiasm for the experiences
The case was a classic over charge. I don’t think he’s an innocent person and he’s certainly a scumbag who has committed crimes. But most of the trial read to me like they had wild sex parties with 100% consent from everyone including the prostitutes (male and female) even though they were prostitutes. They had too many texts from Cassie saying how excited she was to keep doing it again. And she was the star witness for the prosecution. Interesting tidbit - former FBI director James Comey’s daughter was one of the prosecutors for the DOJ.

Just started the Amazon doc one night in Idaho. This one has a lot of friends/ family speaking for the first time. I’ve watched a lot of YouTube over the years on this case, as it was at one time the only place to hear something “new”. But I cannot believe what some of these channels have created. Check out the comment section on this below….its like a kohberger love group . Some of this guy videos contain comments that I would consider libelous against innocent people that they think committed the crime. The place is a cesspool .
