smack talking on the bill's board me: we are way worse than you, you guys are going to smoke us them: no way dude, we are terrible, you guys got this
Hopefully the young defensive players play well, as do the young WRs, but they make just enough mistakes and the OL struggles enough that the Bills pull out a close one in the 4th Qtr. The big question is whether McCown will make it out of the game healthy and standing on his own two feet.
if Peterman plays this is a Jets victory. He would struggle against this defense. If Taylor plays I think Buffalo wins. either way, low scoring, ugly ball game
I think you're right. Can't see our team with all the new, young guys going on the road and beating them. Bills are actually a pretty good favorite now too. Tough spot for this team at this point. 24-13 Bills
Question: Does McCown finish the game? If the Bills D and Jets O line are sold as they've been billed, I just don't see this happening. I know that six million and starting are a lot for a 38 year old player, but he's going to get beat up. Jets win by losing to the Bills 24-13. McCown goes down in the 4th.
Jets win 9-7...their defense scores a safety and a td off a fumble recovery by Lee. Bubba Gump names Hack the starter after McCown breaks his collarbone and Petty lands in the concussion protocol.
And Hackett is only the beginning. Our offense will be so inept this season, every week a different former Jets OC will lose a limb.
I have a feeling the Jets will not only win this game but be a little (with the emphasis on little) better than expected this year. Whether that ends up being a good thing long term though I guess remains to be seen.
I see this particular game as an extension of the preseason. I don't see Buffalo making a huge effort to win and knowing the Jets, they'll manage to lose the war by winning this game and giving Buffalo a 1 game lead in the 2018 Qb sweepstakes. go jetz
