only one of the picks was a even close to a bad throw..maybe throwing in to a tighter window than he probably should, but those are also the types of passes he often completes. Tillman is/was a special CB, but he was also an aging CB who'll turn 34 this season. Fuller isn't Tillman in his prime but he is potentially Tillman or better at this stage of Tillman's career. just my opinion of course.
Sounds like (hope) Decker and Milliner will play according to Cimini/Rex how healthy they will be and will they perform..... who knows
We have a chance I'm not sure what all u guys are talking about!! The Bears OL is shit and cutler is made of glass!! Plus they can't stop the run on D!! I say our D steps up and gets 4 sacks 1 INT and our offense runs for 150 yards and scores 3 TDs. 24-10 Jets
Those were spectacular plays by Fuller, especially the second one. Covering his man, coming off his man as soon as Kaep threw, high pointing it? If he had just knocked down the pass it would have been a great play. The fact that he went up and grabbed it, not going down but getting a nice return? Brilliant play. _
Bears fan here...just wanted to throw a couple things into the discussion. 1) The Bears O-line isn't as horrible as I've seen expressed on here. Yes, they have issues run blocking...but pass protection has been actually really good since Trestman came in. Cutler was sacked 19 times last year in 11 games played. McCown was sacked 11 times in 8 games played. Cutler's only been sacked 3 times in the first 2 games this season. 2) I know you guys have mentioned Marshall and Jeffrey plenty, but the other matchup that you shouldn't forget about is Martellus Bennett. With the WR's gimpy, and Holmes still figuring out the offense, Cutler is relying on his TE a lot in the early going. Good luck Monday, guys.
Where does the notion come from that the Bears have a poor OL? 3 sacks so far this year says otherwise. I come here for the most part for good info and discussions. Not bad info based on wishful thinking.
I'm sure that Milliner well be playing, but they may just be talking Decker up so the Bears have to spend time preparing for him.
This blows from a cosmically schizophrenic perspective as I have Bennett on my FF team with no one to sit him for. Him scoring a long TD is going to be like getting molten wax poured on my schwantz whilst getting a blowjob. _
Lmao i noticed. And according to them we have no chance at this game. They think they are better than GB
And Bears fans, before you illegally quote my post on your forum, I picked your team to win a wildcard so I am not a Bears troll/hater..... You will lose monday night though, enjoy.
Some aspects of their team are better, I mean if Green Bay traded their receiving corps to Chicago, Aaron Rodgers might break the season passing record and touchdown record this year. Green Bay has a better QB, better offensive line, and a little better pass rush I believe. Most of the rest of the teams are pretty comparable I think, although Green Bay has a younger average age for sure.
Last season the Bears only won 3 road games, against the Steelers early, against the Packers when Aaron Rodgers got injured in the first half, and the the Browns late in the season who had a backup QB going. Congrats on beating the 49ers, but you arent any road warriors so the road ends here.
