I have to think if the team loses to Miami, Mangini is gone. The season will have crashed after big expectations with Favre and the high priced FA who were all brought in. Mangini has to take responsibility for the team not playing up to its potential. Whether they are not being motivated by the coaching staff or play calling is poor, all of that falls on the heads of the coaches. How can you have 7 Pro Bowlers and a veteran team that has a late-season collapse like this? Someone has to be held accountable and it's going to be Mangini.
