I think the coaching staff needs one as well. From today's Daily News... Read more: http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/f...ckhit_routes_in_brian_scho.html#ixzz0x9CrN3oA So..lets recap.. THe NYJets highly paid professional coaching staff had to perform a study to find out that Leon Washington (and the short passing game) was underutilized in this offense. Something they could have found out in about 5 seconds logging on here any monday morning during the season..
I'm sure that was the sole purpose and only discovery made by that study. [/sarcasm] I'd love to have been able to sit in on these studies and see the mad scientists at work. Now there's a reality show for ya.
I'd wager that they found those offenses employed more skill personnel to get favorable matchups against dime corners, and more empty sets to get RB's out in space against LB's (like the first play from scrimmage in the green and white scrim...) But again...that's something that you would think should have been obvious long before conducting a study...
You would think. I wonder what kind of defensive things they came up with to attack those top 5 offenses with that study. It will be interesting to see if they employ some new (to the Jets) or even new all together schemes against those teams this year.
Sorry, bigcotch. You have spunk, but your game is too underdeveloped to perform in this league. I'm afraid we're going to have to part paths here. We're going to need to process you and put you on waivers. But thank you for the effort and determination, hopefully you'll catch on somewhere.
