With the 5th pick in the 2007 Draft, The New York Jets select...

Did anyone else notice the Chicago Bears picking at 4th overall? Where's the respect? I mean, they only went 11-5 and won their division last season...

 

We might be the only ones to go WTF. NFC north is the crappiest divsion + they have 3 new head coaches. I just dont see them losing more than 8 games. But then agian who said the Jets would be the 4th pick.... but I cant see the bears the 4th pick(god damm at week 4, I said they would be the NFC super bowl team)

Yea that definately threw me off right there. While I like what the Jets have done, its hard to see them not having a top 10 pick. This year also had more "bad" teams than usual. The 49ers had the 7th pick despite a 4-12 record. Normally a 6-10 season (which a lot think will heppen for the Jets) is a top 10 pick.

 

The Jets have an excellent chance to go 8 & 8 next year. They will be drafting right in the middle of the first round.

 

we will be in the top 3 so take that mock draft and throw it out the window.

 

I hope you didnt forget the fact that we have all new coaches and all new systems. Our O-line is going to take time to gel and atleast a year to get the rookies up to par. Our running game will hopefully be solid but I doubt its going to be that great. Hopefully we wont have a top 5 pick again but I wouldnt be suprised if it was a top 10 pick.

I'd say we'll draft 21...if we trade down 3 times.

dude....for your information, this is not what post whoring is...its just humorous to look back at how bad we all thought we were...its not like hes rubbing it in the face of the original poster, its just interesting to see much we all thought the Jets would suck this season by looking at our pre-season predictions...
