Jets remain in top two in power rankings

Admin - October 26, 2010

Following their bye week, the New York Jets' positions remained unchanged in power rankings of all three major sports websites. Both ESPN and Fox Sports kept the Gang Green at #2 behind the Pittsburgh Steelers, while CBS Sports had them at #1, just like a week ago.

Here's what the top 3 websites had to say about the Jets:

ESPN:  Jets are rested coming off their bye week. They seem like the No. 1 team in football.

FOX Sports: Their bye came at the right time last week. Getting CB Darrelle Revis back to 100 percent is paramount for the success of their defense going forward. It will be interesting to see if that Week 15 game at Pittsburgh will be for home field throughout the playoffs. This is clearly one of the NFL's most complete teams, but that Pittsburgh game could be very telling.

CBS Sports: Coming off their bye, one thing that has to be better is Mark Sanchez and his completion percentage. At just over 55 percent, his completion rate won't cut it if they are to be a Super Bowl team.
