When it became clear that DT Josh Evans would be suspended indefinitely, the Jets found themselves lacking experience in the middle of their defensive line. Earlier today this void has been filled, as the Jets signed DT Chester McGlockton, an 11-year veteran who spent his entire career in the AFC West. Last season McGlockton started in 15 games for the Broncos, and recorded 63 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
Chester is 6'4", 334 lbs, 4-time Pro Bowler.
