Thank you for choosing TheGangGreen.com ("TheGangGreen.com," "we," "us," "our"). TheGangGreen.com is an independent fan site of the New York Jets. We are not affiliated with the New York Jets (NY Jets) or the National Football League (NFL). TheGangGreen.com delivers NY Jets news as well as editorial articles that express the views of their author only. We are not responsible for any user-generated content on our message board.

Changes to Terms of Use

Occasionally we may make changes to our Terms of Use. These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

Using our message board

  • Registration
    1. Make sure that you provide a valid e-mail address. You'll be sent a confirmation e-mail message with the instructions on how to activate your account. TheGangGreen.com will never send you any unsolicited emails or share your e-mail address with 3rd parties, but we do reserve the right to contact you at your email address if necessary. Registrations made with a disposable email address will be deleted.
    2. Only one account is allowed per an e-mail address.
    3. Registrations that originate from certain regions/countries (Southeast Asia, India, Pakistan, Eastern Europe, and a few others) will not be accepted. If you're from one of these countries/regions, please contact us first before attempting to register.
    4. Registrations with usernames that contain an email address, a website name or a slur word are not allowed and will be deleted.
  • Avatars and Signatures
    1. Offensive and derogatory avatars will be deleted.
    2. Signatures that contain offensive or derogatory language will be deleted.
  • Rules of Conduct
    1. Personal attacks on other members will not be tolerated. Members engaged in personal attacks will be warned, suspended or permanently banned depending on the severity of their offense.
    2. Topics discussing a religion, a nationality, or an ethnicity are not allowed and will be closed.
    3. Political discussions are not allowed.
    4. Posting personal information of another message board member is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
    5. Message board Administrators may remove any topics/posts deemed to be disruptive to the operation of the website.
  • Advertisement
    1. We do not allow advertisement of any other websites and message boards, or advertisement with the purpose of making a profit.
    2. If you'd like to advertise on the message board, please contact us.
  • Fake news
    1. Topics with misleading and outright fake information are prohibited. Authors of such topics will be permanently banned.
