The New York Jets released QB Patrick Ramsey who threw only one pass in the 2006 season. The move saved $2.1M in cap room.

David Bowens spent last 6 seasons with the Miami Dolphins and registered 18 sacks in the last 3 seasons.

T.J. Duckett is a 6-year veteran who spent the first 4 seasons of his career with Atlanta before joining the Redskins last year. His best season was 2003 when he ran for 779 yards and scored 11 touchdowns.

Jerricho Cotchery contract details: 5-year extension worth $19M, including a $7M signing bonus. He will make $12.4M in 2007 and 2008.
