The New York Jets conducted just their third practice session this afternoon and it already included full-contact drills that drew a few roars from the crowd.
WR Laveranues Coles and WR Jerricho Cotchery both looked solid, catching basically everything that was thrown in their direction. RB Thomas Jones had a few nice runs, while TE Joe Kowalewski seemed to be open whenever the ball was thrown to him. Disgrunted OG Pete Kendall participated in drills with the second team.
PK Mike Nugent missed a couple of field goals.
