The New York Jets introduced Rex Ryan as their new head coach this morning. Ryan, Baltimore’s defensive coordinator the last four seasons, announced that the team also hired Baltimore Ravens linebackers coach Mike Pettine as their new defensive coordinator, which means that, finally, Bob Sutton is gone.
The team also retained services of assistant head coach/offensive line coach Bill Callahan and special teams coach Mike Westhoff.
