Training Camp

Family night at Hofstra

Admin - August 25, 2010

Over 10,000 fans gathered at Hofstra University earlier today to watch the Jets in their only appearance at their former practice home. Although the Gang Green players did not have their pads on, the fans still got to see some tackling, as a seemingly drunken fan ran onto the field and got taken down by security guards.

QB Mark Sanchez looked pretty sharp, connecting on a few nice throws to WR Jerricho Cotchery and WR Braylon Edwards. One of his backups, QB Kellen Clemens, threw three interceptions and probably secured his way out of New York.
