Injuries

Revis to miss at least 2 weeks

According to various reports, CB Darrelle Revis, who returned to the Jets' starting lineup last night after missing two games, will most likely miss at least 2 weeks due to the same hamstring injury. This means that we will not see Revis on the field until after bye week when the Gang Green hosts the Green Bay Packers.

Following last night's showdown against the Minnesota Vikings, Revis stated that his hamstring "was hurting throughout the whole game." Revis said he didn't tweak or re-injure the muscle, which has been bothering him since before the Week 2 victory over New England. Revis was covering Percy Harvin for most of the game and gave up a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Revis also almost gave up a costly completion to Harvin late in the game when he fell, but luckily Brett Favre overthrew Harvin, who was wide open.
