Injuries

Crowder out against 49ers

Admin - September 18, 2020

It just keeps going from bad to worse for Adam Gase's New York Jets. WR Jamison Crowder, who led the Gang Green with 7 receptions for 115 yards in Week 1, has been ruled out for Week 2. He's been nursing a hamstring injury all week and missed yesterday's practice.

The Jets will be also without second round pick WR Denzel Mims, who's yet to make his NFL debut, and RB Le'Veon Bell.

WR Breshad Perriman, WR Chris Hogan and WR Braxton Berrios are the only healthy receivers on the Gang Green's roster. Expect the Jets to call up someone from the practice squad to add depth to their thin receiving corps.
