WR Garrett Wilson and the Jets have reportedly agreed on a 4-year $130M contract extension that includes $90M in guaranteed money. Wilson, 24, a #10 overall pick by the Gang Green in 2022, has recorded at least 1,000 receiving yards in every season thus far. He had 1,104 receiving yards, 101 receptions and 7 TDs last season, all of which were career-highs.
Wilson is now the first wide receiver in NFL history to average more than $31M per season after his first three seasons. He's also the first player from the Jets' 2022 draft class to receive a contract extension.
He will now be under contract through 2030.
