According to the New York Post, the New York Jets are close to obtaining QB Patrick Ramsey from the Washington Redskins for a 5th round pick. Ramsey, a former 1st round selection, has started in 24 games during the last four seasons. He's thrown 34 TDs and 29 INTs.
